Noah Webster Gallery: Beyond Surface

I’m happy to have the opportunity to share work from 2 concurrent projects at West Hartford’s Noah Webster Gallery. A sampling of work will be on view Wednesday, June 2 – July 31.

“Beyond Surface” brings together two projects, one featuring oil paintings of found objects and and oil portraits of people who use tattoos to express themselves. Both series of paintings challenge viewers to look beyond the surface when encountering everyday objects or the people they meet. —West Hartford Magazine
